I am an award winning management consultant and founder of the ladder club - a community supporting Black women to reach senior leadership roles

My corporate career started in sales & marketing within the FMCG industry. By 24, I was Unilever UK&I’s Beauty and Personal Care Innovation Lead, overseeing a team of 12 as the youngest manager at this work level! Coming from a scientific background (Biotechnology), my passion lies in highlighting the intersection between the science and commercial worlds. The same year I completed my MPhil Bioscience Enterprise (biotechnology and business) at the University of Cambridge I returned as their youngest guest lecturer, delivering the sales and marketing syllabus and now sit on their External Advisory Board

Alongside my corporate career I have founded and scaled employee networks, set up thriving community groups and led career enhancing workshops with a focus on creating inclusive working environments enabling everyone to succeed

My impact to the community has been recognised by listings in the 2024 British Diversity Awards (Inspirational Role Model of the Year Finalist), Involve Role Models List (Empower Future Leader 2023 & 2024), 2023 Black British Business Awards (Rising Star Finalist) and 2023 We are the City Awards (Rising Star Winner)
